Today a lot of is discussion is going in the world about educational awareness. Like what to teach, how to teach, when to teach and finally what is the impact of teaching? But after all that discussions ‘the research on education is full of disappointing about what graduates can’t do, don’t understand, or misunderstand. Many college graduates are unable to apply much of what they have been taught’1.
The major role in it is may be played by the current educational system and curriculum designing. It is hard to specify its clauses and to invent a perfect way for it, but one thing is surely needed in both educational system and curriculum designing, that is based on applications and mainly limitations that his/her cognitive skills can develop. so ‘What is really important to learn are the numerous skills that enable us to conceptually address the world and solve our problems .how ever acquiring cognitive skills in isolation lacks meaning to the learners make hence the academic discipline form the content base for the cognitive processes conception in that some framework or structure is required to make sense out of the content taught acquiring cognitive skills’ (Print 1993, p.49)2.
As it can be observed commonly in the natural nurturing system of a child; that a child starts his or her diet with the mother’s milk and with lots of care and day by day he/her becomes stronger to taker diet which he/her can now digest. Similarly the knowledge ilm is, as ‘It is no reflection upon the nutritive quality of beef steak that is not fed to infants. It is not an invidious reflection upon trigonometry that we do not teach in the first or fifth grade of school. It is not the subject perse that is educative or that is conducive to growth. There is no subject that is in or of itself or without regard to the stage of growth attained by the learner, such that inherent educational value can be attributed to it. Failure to take in to account adaptation to the needs and capacities of individual was the source of the idea that certain subjects and certain methods are interracially cultural or interracially good for mental discipline. There is no such thing as educational value in the abstract the notion that some subjects and methods and that acquaintance with certain facts and truths pauses educational value in and of themselves in the reason why traditional education reduced the material of education so largely to a diet of pre-digested materials. According to this notion it was enough to regulate the quantity and difficult of the material provided, in a scheme of quantitative grading, from month to month and from year to year.3’
If one will try to rebel this system will surely have to pay for it. Like a child eats meats before his digestive system can accept it that will without any doubt disturb his/her digestive system. But he should be given the best diet he can digest, which contains all the nutrition. Similarly a seeker of education is in his/her starting period, regardless of his/her physical age is like a child in the mother’s womb. Therefore it is necessary that he/she should be taught step by step according to his ability to perceive. The Fatemi theory has been descried briefly by syedna Qadi Noman (q.r) in his books of tawil ud da’aim and assas u tawil .
According to the Fatemi daw at it is necessary that the learner is given as his istehqaq , nor more, neither less, which is meant by muraa’t ul hudud. As Allah almighty states in Quran: و يؤت ذي كل فضل فضله(al insheqaq ;verse:19)
As it is an Arabic saying that الحصة بقدر الجثة that is the Fatemi perspective for muraa’t ul hudud which enriches Fatemi literature.
This book kitab ul aa’lim wal gulam is a great example of it, which describes the way of bayan in Fatemi literature, as the aa’lim states: al ’ilm can not accomplish its dept but by an introduction of ilm which is before al ilm which is nearer to mind and easy to understnsd so that it can be remember by once mind and it becomes easy to apply and becomes east 4 uqul to achieve the peak of that ilm (pg 14). And for that put some hudud on the gulam that ‘First is of all is that you will stand upon the zahir of kitab (Quran) and Shariah and upon what you have been taught…and will not revile or waste what I tell you, and if I ask you anything you will not hide it from me, and you will not seek me before I teach you and you will not question me before I begin (pg 22-25)’
By this, the a’alim cleared to the gulam that if he want to learn then he will have to do mura,at hudud.
This divine method of teaching and seeking Al Ilm (knowledge) helps a learner to apply much of they have been taught as it becomes habitual to him/her , this theory is also known as simple non-associative learning.
So the aim of this in Fatemi literature is to lead toward the highest peak of ilm and this is not possible but through proper channel as Allah almighty has created them. As he states in Quran: طبقا عن طبق, until he reaches his final destiny of being with the ‘insane e mutlaq’ called by ikhwan us safa, the book on which Fatemi literature and believes based on, as that destiny is stated by Allah as فانشأناه خلقا اخر فتبارك الله احسن الخالقين (al nor; verse: 3).
May Allah bless syedna Mohammad Burhanuddin a long and healthy life till the day of judgement.

The Indian Banking sector has loads of services for pulling foreign funds from loyal Indians who have added to the countries growth and foreign currency reserves on a very large scale.
There is something about India and being Indian that keeps all of us attached to the matra bhumi where ever we live. Even if an Indian enjoyed full rights of citizenship in a very developed country he would not be able to keep himself away from India and his relatives back home. Probably this is because of the sanskaar that are embedded in the DNA or something. There is a bond and longing for relatives and family in us Indians that keeps us rejoining ourselves to India. Apart from this which keeps the business society attached to the nation, there are several salaried class people who also form a very huge contributing sector for the nation.
Probably due to these factors the NRI banking sector has been ever thriving especially since the Indian government has started to count in this large community and provide it with benefits and facilities that pull in the resources of all these people.
Indian banks have improved to quite an extent in providing very good services for the NRI sector but there are a few problems that I have faced personally and think they should improve on that front. Banks in India might be having fantastic services but when it comes to NRI services they lack behind their foreign counterparts. HSBC and State Bank, for example, create so much trouble to just reactivate a simple Net Banking account that the customer would finally become frustrated. No service centers in the UAE are equipped to help customers even reset their password or TPIN to a simple extent. One would have to place a long distance call to India just to get that done. Another problem which I have experienced with HSBC is that they would send your new password by snail-mail and how painstaking would that be in today’s speedy world could be understood easily.
On the other hand Citibank, I have no reason to favor it, except for the convenience and ease of the services they provide in the UAE itself. The best of all is their phone banking and net banking services. CitiNRI services have always been very costly and have a lot of various kinds of fees many people would surely not prefer and I think they should work out on it as well.
There are several banks out there for providing NRI services but one should really do a little homework and not get lured by the salesman or sales ladies talks, as India has strict rules on banking. Always study the fee structure, ask for their terms and conditions booklet, look for reviews on the internet and ask relatives and friends about their experience. There is a lot of competition in the sector and that makes it more nicer for the customer while decision making tougher.

It not been much of a time since I have been playing with social networking website and I do feel that these websites have a massive effect on an individual’s life in many ways. Twitter is a cool tool for letting your friends know your thoughts and save your one liners when those witty words pop up in your mind. Even save and share the quotes and news you would like to share with your friends. One can share anything that might be useful and interesting for everyone and gather a good number of followers as well.
Blogging has been a wonderful excercise for the brain and its great to spread ones thoughts by reducing them to writing, but then who would be really interested in knowing what you thing. Twitter and facebook not only gives exposure to the writeups but also lets you know who ‘likes’ your post. There are several tools out there to connect the blog feeds with twitter and then twitter with facebook. As I said earlier its great to be on a social network and be known from a perspective you want.
Facebook has been a wonderful website that not only brings back old memories by uniting some of your very good friends of the past as well as those of today. The effect of such a massive network growth is viral and has to be discussed some other day, but now to the profile issue on the social network.
As the word suggests it is “YOUR” profile. The things that you want people to know about you so that they can recognize you. Who knows you might end up with a bichra huwa bachpan ka saathi lost in the kumbh mela :-).
Just like brevity in being witty in any other thing so it is in the profile. Be a little precise, cautious and limited in what you make available in your profile. Everything else being secondary, I regard the profile picture as being the most important aspect of the networking site. The profile picture is supposed to display who and what you are in a thousand unspoken words. People who know you will instantly recognize you from your profile picture even if you hide your other details from the public profile.
Many people on face book have their profile picture as a group photo where the actual object “THIS IS ME” is quite far off in the background that makes it difficult for people to recognize or even if its a single picture with a single pose, the one photographed is hidden in the background.
It should be remembered that if you hide your photo album from the public, which the case always should be, you should always have a closeup profile picture which would show “YOU” and not anything else in a thumbnail. That is, if you want to be recognized anyways.
The most absurd thing that anyone could do in the profile photo, which is not an avatar, is to use pictures of some celebrity or object. It does not prove anything. In fact it does prove that wanting to be something else is a waste of what you actually are.
Here are a few rules to keep in mind:
1. Always use a close-up picture that shows the face properly.
2. The picture should have an expression about the kind of person you are, pictures have a lot to say. If your profile is all about business have your picture in a ‘Suit” maybe.
3. Avoid group photos as profile picutes.
4. Better to avoid very High resolution pictures. The profile picture is supposed to be open for everyone and it should not be manupilated.
5. Try to avoid too much facial expressions, rather try to be recognized.
6. Last but not least, try to see yourself from the perspective of your visitor.
Social networks can promote you, your business and even make you a celebrity but then there are certain rules that should be observed.

Money is everything; that no one will deny though some will disagree. But money could be nothing, or at least become meaningless, to a person if he or she does not observe and understand the following 6 Principles of Life on Money.
Six Principles Of Life On Money
1. No point using limited life to chase unlimited money.
2. No point earning so much money you cannot live to spend it
3. Money is not yours until you spend it.
4. When you are young, you use your health to chase your wealth; when you are old, you use your wealth to buy back your health.
5. How happy a man is, is not how much he has but how little he needs.
6. No point working so hard to provide for the people you have no time to spend with.
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters, compared to what lies within us.
