Huzurala (tus) said in a bayan on the 9th of Moharram 1426 H that, \u0093I, Mumluko Ale Mohammed, have built the Saifee<\/st1:PlaceName> Hospital<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place> in remembrance of my revered father Syedna Taher Saifuddin (RA) and in his name. The Khidmat Guzaars who have uundertaken this project have strived that it is \u0091<\/font>One of the best hospitals with most modern equipments\u0092<\/span><\/b>. Moula (tus) prayed for the completion of the project and expressed his desire that the inauguration of the grand hospital, with the best medical facilities, be held during the occasion of the Milad of Imamuz Zaman (as) and his own 94th Milad Mubarak.<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

Saifee<\/st1:PlaceName> Hospital<\/st1:PlaceType> is a pearl in a necklace, a wonderful and beautiful peace of architecture at Charni Road<\/st1:address><\/st1:Street> in Mumbai<\/st1:City>, India<\/st1:country-region><\/st1:place>. The entire structure of the Saifee hospital is built with a blend of Fatemi and modern architecture. The hospital has become an important landmark of Mumbai. The exterior of the hospital reflects the past and modernity in its eye-catching design. It is the only building in Mumbai with 3 level basements and is 45 ft below ground level, a part of which is below the sea level and underwater. The Saifee<\/st1:PlaceName> Hospital<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place> has 10 floors and is the tallest building in Mumbai. The height of the entire building is about 175 ft above ground level.<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n

Use of modern technology is to the highest extent. Solar energy will be used for boilers and heating purposes. Linen and laundry as well as sterilization will be done with highest precautions and used tools and linen will be transported to the plant and re-sent from different outlets. <\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

The Saifee hospital is the only hospital in Mumbai having all the diagnostic departments, facilities and equipment for all ailments. <\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

The Saifee<\/st1:PlaceName> Hospital<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place> is the only hospital in Mumbai having a water desalination and purification plant to WHO standards. Water is purified to such an extent that it could be used for intake from any tap from within the hospital. <\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

The hospital has two generators that can take over in case of emergency power failure within 10 seconds so that any treatments, especially operations are not suffered.<\/font><\/p>\n

It is the only hospital in Mumbai where an entire floor is dedicated to alternative medicine like yoga. Physiotherapy, fitness center, library and auditorium are also located on this floor. <\/font><\/p>\n

 <\/font><\/o:p><\/p>\n

Another floor is dedicated to operation theatres and maternity wards. The Saifee<\/st1:PlaceName> Hospital<\/st1:PlaceType><\/st1:place> consists of seven OTs in all. The OTs have a special lighting system that is the only one of its kind in India<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>, these special lights are helpful especially during in-depth surgeries. Special cameras are fixed for monitoring and watching the operation with the consent of the patient. This would enable the doctors to consult any other doctor anywhere around the world during an operation in case of emergencies. <\/font><\/p>\n

The hospital was built in about 4 years and will be officially inaugurated on the 6th of June 2005, Inshallah, on the occasion of the 94th milad mubarak of Aqamola (tus). It is Huzurala\u0092s dua mubarak that patients return from this hospital fully cured. <\/font><\/p>\n
